Powerdyne International Inc. A letter to the Shareholders update.
Dear Shareholders,
We wanted to thank all our Shareholders for their patience and perseverance while Powerdyne International, Inc. (the “Company”, “Powerdyne”, “us”, “we”) works to grow the company for the future.
Since transitioning to the OTCIQ market, Powerdyne has seen a notable increase in average share volume and market maker participation. The company remains committed to up-listing PDI to the OTCQB Market.
Regarding CM Technology, after a slower first quarter driven by geopolitical tensions, we are now seeing a significant increase in incoming orders. Historically, periods of slower sales have been followed by multiple years of consistent growth. Combined with new customers added late last year, this trend positions the company for a strong second half of the year. One major global company that approached us for custom motor designs for both new and existing product lines has begun placing purchase orders, and those motors are now being built and are expected to begin shipping soon. We also expect a purchase order for a second prototype motor within the next week or two and will announce it once received. We believe these purchase orders will create additional opportunities across other product lines, and we will provide further updates as developments occur.
Regarding Frame One, we have continued to see steady month-over-month progress since beginning of the year. We are also expanding our presence across social media platforms, which we believe will help drive sales growth and further strengthen our existing client base.
Since hiring an outside sales representative to broaden our customer base and pursue opportunities in sectors such as medical, automotive, and food processing, we have seen encouraging results. Several prospective clients have requested motor samples, and a new agreement with an external sales group has already generated a large purchase order. We believe the successful completion of this initial order will lead to additional opportunities.
As artificial intelligence continues to grow and investment in U.S. manufacturing increases, we are preparing for greater demand for CM Tech’s custom-designed motors. While CM Tech does not currently serve the AI market directly, its motors are used by semiconductor equipment manufacturers that build and maintain automated systems for producing silicon wafers used in microprocessor chips. These chips support AI applications as well as smart televisions, mobile phones, computers, and many other smart devices used today.
This update provides shareholders with a brief overview of Powerdyne’s plans for the remainder of 2026 and beyond. Our strategy remains focused on steady, conservative growth, disciplined cost management during organic expansion, and pursuing opportunities with companies that complement Powerdyne’s business model. We sincerely appreciate the continued support of our shareholders. Our primary goal is to create lasting value and strong returns through continued growth and profitability.
Yours Sincerely,
Tony Carhide
President
