Powerdyne International Inc.Press Release.

Dear Shareholders,

We wanted to thank all our Shareholders for their patience and perseverance while Powerdyne International, Inc. (the “Company”, “Powerdyne”, “us”, “we”) works to grow the company for the future.

Frame One has been engaged in negotiations with another local frame shop whose owner is planning to retire from small business ownership. An agreement has been reached under which, following the closure of his business in February, the owner will join Frame One. Bringing over 30 years of experience, his longstanding client base and equipment to help increase Frame One’s production capacity.  It is estimated that this transition could potentially generate at least $150,000 to $200,000 in new business for Frame One. Furthermore, the owner will be replacing a long-term employee who is leaving; thus, will have no impact on Frame one’s operating costs.

Our strategy will continue to center on steady, conservative growth, careful cost management during organic expansion, and seeking opportunities with other companies that align with the Powerdyne business model. We sincerely appreciate our shareholders’ continued support of Powerdyne International, Inc. Our primary objective remains to deliver strong returns and value to our loyal shareholders through ongoing growth and profitability.

Yours Sincerely
Jim O’Rourke
